red dot and disturbing yellow line

how to erase the red point with the yellow dotted lines other than by closing the file?


it blocks me, I cannot make a trace with @ it always comes back from this red point and I do not know how to position it on the intersection or desired location.

I am not sure if I understand your question right.
But I think your problem is solved if you take out cursor movement restriction, which you have set.
