simple arrow without dimensions?

Can I place an arrow without using an associated dimension?  I just want to point to something of interest.

This should be easy, but I sure can't find it.  Any help appreciated.

Just draw it with three lines ?

I've made my own arrows, but they are crummy compared to real arrows.  Guess I have to spend time and make a good one and save it as an object??

I knew I was missing something simple.  Just couldn't find it in the manual.  I'll look in that area again.
