I disabled the creation of tickets on sourceforge recently;
and I updated the main page's description / feature list.
- the code is on github
- commits can be linked to issues
- issues can be grouped with milestones
This allows for people to easily track development.

on the main page to act purely as a 'Latest Release' feed...
because it will no longer be polluted by ticket activity.
