syntax for angle while drawing an arc

I always get "syntax error" when I try to define the start angle for an arc. How is the correct syntax, cant find it in the net.

I try to do this by selecting first the center, then the radius. Now I want to defind the start angle by command line, something like <165°, but this does not work.

How else?
