- I think LibreCAD as a simple 2D CAD.  So, we have not to expect
   anything fancy from it.
   Simple "standard" quote style can make the job for almost any drawing.

- Some improvement have been made, and now LibreCAD remember the
   snap setting.
   I think further improvement can be to move the snap tool bar
   from the CAD tool bar, to the standard tool bar, to make
   it always available, and also avoid the infamous "Hey! You have to
   select the snap and click [continue]" in sequential CAD tool bar.
   This step is often totally useless and slow down the drawing process.

   Making this change will take a LOT of work.

- I think that working to fix LibreCAD DXF issues, and have LibreCAD
   support DXF files correctly is more suitable than have LibreCAD
   support both DXF and DWG files partly (with a ton of bugs).
