Hi,

The steps:

Modify->Move

1, select the circle to be moved;
2, click the "Next" button;
3, snap to end point( or start point) of the line segment for "reference point";
4, snap by distance to end points, type in "70" in option area, choose the appropriate snap point as target point

so, no need to draw the auxiliary circle
