There isn't a manual yet. We are calling our users to contribute to our wiki,

QCAD, the project which we are a fork of, has similar commands. Their
help is here:
http://www.qcad.org/qcad/manual_reference/
but we are not allowed to distribute it.

We're looking for community involvement to help write the
documentation. If you're interested, please contribute to the wiki
