i have another question: how can i report a bug, when i found it in newest github-version? I have never maked a bug report.
Pease help me.

Only one thing, I changed the line 102 for:
        REVERSED=291    /*!< bool: true if arc is reversed (clockwise) */
to maintain the "dxf like" and I send a pull request and these lines are part of master source
