Very cool!!!! But if i were you id put it in a form of a wiki, since i sense that next stable version of librecad will change quite a lot...

It will take me some time to make a good manual but this is where I am choosing to start my journey. This is roughly what I am planning on doing. I am sure it will evolve as I go.
