Hello everybody,

i have the problem, that i do dimensions on circles, but
some also with a center cross-hair.
So then the dimension is printed in the center of the
dimension-line. But here it will be cut by the cross-hair
of circle center.
Is there a possibility to move the dimension Text on the line?
