- This question has been answered many times in the LibreCAD
   forum.  Just do a search, and you will see detailed
   answers.

- For now, LibreCAD have no manual.  Use the LibreCAD Wiki
   to get information about LibreCAD.

   At last resort, you can use QCAD manual, since LibreCAD
   is a fork from QCAD CE (Community Edition).
