Thank you so much for your help.

I initially tried to copy and paste but it only gave me "#Equipment
Staging.dxf.dxf~"

Then I opened up PowerShell and copied using the cp function

cp "#Equipment Staging.dxf~" EquipmentNew.dxf

The new file opened up beautifully...with all my work from the past few days.
