Go to Main menu > Modify > Divide.
1. Specify entity to cut - select the line.
2. Select cutting point -use 'Snap Intersection' and select your first cutting point.
3. Specify entity to cut - select the line again.
4. Select cutting point -select the next cutting point!
5. Press escape button (to escape the current command) or right click.
6. Now select the middle 'cut' section and press the keyboard delete key.
