Just in case this helps anyone else, I had the problem where when print-previewing, the drawing appeared massively larger than the page - the page appeared as a single pixel in the background behind the drawing during the preview. This was under 1.0.1.

I was able to work around this by deleting the following sections in the header of the .dxf file, with a text editor.
