The last year I'm as mentor in two projects.
Plugin Interface is ok but DWG Support no.

In dwg support the brief explanation would be changing because can't use LibreDWG for license issues.
Instead "The student doesn't have to write it's own DWG parser because it can use LibreDWG"
would be more correct something like:
Complete read dwg parser in libdxfrw adding support for more versions and add write support
