I believe there are about 50 open bugs, some of them are very old and related to old version (for example: for 1.0.0rc2 dated 2011-08-26 http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=3398712&group_id=342582&atid=1433844).

Don't admin / maintainer feel that all such bugs needed to be marked "closed".

Then whatever bugs are left and are of serious nature (high priority), we need to have a "Bug eating party" to remove all such bugs, and promote Beta to RC and then final release.

Fixing some target time for final release, may accelerate bug fixing.
