Testers are needed, but, at the moment, only for implemented parts.

Implemented versions: R13, R14 & v2000
Implemented objects: linetype, layer, block & text style
Implemented entities: point, line, circle, arc, ellipse, ellipse arc, insert, lwpolyline & text
