Font definition are in UTF-8
You have added U+2206, name INCREMENT & U+2207, name NABLA instead of

≤ U+2264, name LESS-THAN OR EQUAL TO &
≥ U+2265, name GREATER-THAN OR EQUAL TO

A question:
you have created / modified the files with LibreCAD ?

1.lff => in header do not have "Name" line and License says "unknown"

2.lff => in header "Name" line says "Simplex" and License says "unknown"

You must keep the original license of the previous characters not created by you out of respect for the original author
