Ok Oliver. I got it!!!
shortly: save the file that you need to import into the block list and import it in your drawing.
More detailed:
Open the file that you need to insert, save it into the folder "misc" (when you install LibreCAD is the folder containing the files SCREW, A3, TUX T-PART), then close it and open the file where you need to import the block. Now, check your library browser into the folder "misc"... TA DAAAAAA!!!
And now you can insert the other file!
...or you can install the version 2!!!
