I think the devs look into this forum. There is also an IRC channel and the bug/feature reporting page on sourceforge/github.

Many thanks my friend, I have had a good look around now and there is some work to do  - yes  ?
I suppose because LibreCAD is a 'free' application the devs don't get paid and everything is done voluntarily its gonna take some time - but hey its alright - we all need to relax as well .

I looked at the wiki too, it's OK.
