In response to my posted question about how to use Librecad's Modify-move/copy command to implement what is usually called a polar array, I received this URL in reply:  http://en.file-upload.net/download-7800279/clock.pdf.html

The URL leads to a website that alludes to downloading a Clock PDF file that presumably provides an answer related to my question.  Instead, the URL leads to another URL that is http://en.file-upload.net/download-7800279/clock.pdf.html

This website has a Download button that does not download anything, but leads to another URL:
http://lp.ilivid.com/?sysid=406&appid=484&lpid=513&subid=20jBbX1ofgLmiJ6a0VaehY1uVcvv000.

This website in turn leads to another URL:
 http://lp.ilivid.com/?sysid=406&appid=484&lpid=513&subid=20jBbX1ofgLmiJ6a0VaehY1uVcvv000.
which has yet another button "Click here to start downloading"

Clicking this button downloads an .EXE (Windows executable flle, NOT a PDF file) with the filename:  
iLividSetup-r484-n-bc.exe

I use Linux, not Windows, so what should I do with this "dangerous" Windows executable file?  I took it to a friends Windows computer and executed this file.  This caused another pop-up window titled "iLivid Installation" which was a window about "Movies Toolbar for Chrome".  Furthermore there was an "Agreement"  option with a button to "Accept & Install"

The agreement was baited to:
1. Set and keep Ask.com as my homepage and new tab page
2. Set and keep Ask.com as my default search engine
3. Accept & Install a Movies Toolbar and ..bla.... bla....blaaa

At this point I finally gave up trust that this Librecad Blog was giving me an answer to my question in the form of a PDF document or any form as was offered and expected.   I apologize for posting a non Librecad related reply, but would like to know if the answer I was expecting would eventually materialize if I continued to corrupt by friends computer.
