Hello Everybody,

my suggestion is to introduce a new, easier and brighter design for LibreCAD.

My idea is the "Ribbon User Interface" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ribbon_(computing))

I think it is a great idea because the user must not so often click if he for e.g. want to create a line or something else.
