Thank you. That is kinda what I had narrowed it down to, but I wasn't sure what (if any) versions where in between. Maybe this topic will help others like me who are new to LibreCad and are not sure what version to install. I scanned the forum messages for the answers to these question and did not find anything, so that is why I asked.

If you are working on commercial or very important things I would suggest version 1.0.3 (that's the stable version of Librecad at the moment ->ppa:librecad-dev/librecad-stable )
If you like to have some new features and don't mind finding some bugs, you could try the release candidate of the 2.0.0 version (->ppa:librecad-dev/librecad-daily or build it yourself http://librecad.org/cms/home/from-source/linux.html)
