Would it be possible to include the uninstall information in your Windows build process so that the software is listed under the Installed Programs list in Windows? I think it should be fairly straightforward if you're using NSIS for your build process, according to the info at http://nsis.sourceforge.net/Add_uninstall_information_to_Add/Remove_Programs.
