To be honest, LibreCAD is a good 2D program...and will get there in the end, but to be honest (and this is being honest, there is no discredit here to LibreCAD and those involved) - QCAD is so much more developed as a 2D CAD program!
Sure you can use the 'open source' free version of QCAD...but for an extremely small Price - why not have the pro version
What LibreCAD needs is a lot more willing people to help develop it and then it will become something...but will it always be in the shadows of QCAD ? ...who knows...only time will tell!
