Please find nightly build installer for Windows now on our download site:

https://sourceforge.net/projects/librecad/files/Windows/NightlyBuilds/

The installers are uploaded manually for the moment, so new commits don't result in a new installer automatically.
They will be updated infrequent.
If a version is required urgently, please request it by replying here.
