I have no trouble on rounding:
round.dxf

Are you running the latest release (2.0.6)?

Version: master
SCM Revision: 2.0.4
Compiler: GNU GCC 4.8.2
Qt Version: 4.8.6
Compiled on: Jun 24 2014

Runing on Ubuntu 14.04

It works corectly on one side of arc but not on other.
