instead of "pressing Enter", you can click on the green Arrow pointing right (to continue), from the left tool bar area.

if you are running windows, you can find nightly build from

Does that mean I have to find a different portable?  Or can this be ran from my USB flash drive?  I can't install it to my desktop because of security reasons (even home) so need a portable version.
