I want to do the COGO documentation, so I will need an account to wiki also,  I will try my best, but have had problems, unfortunately I found myself creating an account on wikimediia.   I will try to create an account under Jcoc!1916.  as the username etc.  I may tell you what that means to me, Jcoc!1916, if it happens to be relevant.
