It has been mentioned that we currently need to figure out how to include libxml++ in a Windows build.
I'm not sure what to do. I might be able to figure it out with help.

Is this the correct package: http://libxmlplusplus.sourceforge.net/

It lists "Required Libraries":

libxml2
glibmm-2.4 (or a subset of it containing at least Glib::ustring)

Where would I put it all?
What's the next step?
