Some ideas on how to simplify / organize:

- remove the two delete actions from the modify menu
- add delete selected to the edit menu
- remove "circle inscribed" in favor of "tangential 3 circles"
- remove concentric arc, concentric circle and parallel line in favor of modify→offset
