1) The relative syntax (@) is probably used more than the non-relative syntax;
therefore, it does make sense for the relative syntax to be easier to input.
However, I think there still needs to be a way to enter in a non-relative coordinate.

2) We need people to help translate the user interface: http://wiki.librecad.org/index.php/GUI_Translators
LibreCAD is a open source project, we don't have a team of payed translators.

I have considered alternative language sections on the forum; I'm not opposed to it.
