I've added a "Keycode mode" option in application preferences -> defaults (requires restart).
It automatically accepts two letter commands (you don't need to press Enter/Return).
This is apparently an old feature that was disabled, yet it still seems to work fine.

People have complained about having to use Enter, and wish they could use the Spacebar;
however, this keycode concept seems more efficient.

It didn't focus the command line, so I just ensured that it does.

I don't know why this feature was replaced / forgotten... what do you think about it?
