It's even easier than that (on Google chrome at least).

1. Click 'Printable version' on the left sidebar of the wiki
2. File -> Print
3. Destination: Save as PDF
4. Save

The table of contents even works!

Regarding the black background,
other than recreating all the images,
someone could do a selective color inversion.
