When I open the drawing on the surface it looks fine. When I click print preview it goes very small in upper left portion of paper (scales has changed to 1:20.981), when i click center to page it stays in the same place (very small).
When I click change the scale back to 1:1 the paper becomes very small and lower on the screen. Drawing stays small, separate and above the paper.

I don't know if any of this makes sense
