I reply in english:

1) you need to use the modify - move/copy menue (ändern - verschieben/kopieren menü). You get asked what to do. You need to specify a base point and where the basepoint should move to. Look at the command line.

2) You first need to select the circle, then call the hatch menue. Then first try "fill" and see the color of the cirle area flip from black to whithe (or viceversa). So you see it works. Do it again and instead of selecteng "fill" select how the hatch should look like. Depending on how big a factor you chosse it may happen you see nothing. HYOu have to try out a little bit.
