Hello everyone.

I have been using LibreCAD for quite some time, but positioning with the mouse is not always easy. Which means that I almost always use the command line. It is very convenient to position in the right place. But there is no command (command line) for the import-block function. I opened the rs_commands.cpp source file but found nothing.

That would be nice I think to add this possibility in a new version ...
