How to develop Plug-ins and Alias

I am CAD user and I want to develop my own, few plugins. What do I need to create one??? Also where can I find alias has been defined where I can add or modify the alias to make new shortcut keys for LibreCAD. However I did find alias file and did change existing commands according to my needs to work faster but I stuck at giving new untranslated command to be define.
see below images which I was going to change, unfortunately its not working
I guess, who are developer here, would say it will require coding knowledge or related to development aspects.
On the other hand I am also going to learn C++ and Python, Please suggest what initiative should I take????
