LibreCAD doesn't support multiple scales on one sheet. This is an advanced feature commercial packages have.
If you want to edit and print the drawing in LibreCAD you will have to make several drawings/prints out of it, quite some tinkering.
If it's just about printing you might try to obtain a pdf version of the drawing.
