You are asked to "Specify first corner". Click somewhere in the drawing area or click into the command line and enter an absolute value like 0,0 (for x,y), close with Enter. Then "Specify second corner". In the command line enter an absolute coordinate like 30,20 or a coordinate relative to the last point (first corner): @30,20. Enter.
