While in a drawing, go to the OPTIONS pull down menu.
 
Adjust the CURRENT DRAWING PREFERENCE==>PAPER==>PAPER FORMAT drop down menu from "Custom" to "Letter" or size to suit the printer/plotter.  Worked for me...
