In the reference manual, you can find shortcuts (see https://librecad.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ref/tools.html for example) and commands depends on language defined on LibreCAD interface so only the English commands are in this manual.

Note that it can also be customized through alias files : https://librecad.readthedocs.io/en/latest/guides/cmdline.html#command-aliases
