As I recall (it's been a while since I did this), but bearings are measured clockwise with 0 degrees at the 12 o'clock position while LibreCAD measures angles counter/anti-clockwise with 0 degrees at the 3 o'clock position.  The conversion from bearings to degrees required a couple of steps.  I once had a spreadsheet to do the conversion, but it seems to have disappeared into the ether.  If I do find it, I'll post it here.
