View - Auto Zoom should display all the contents.
If you accidentally have got an object very far off the elements may be displayed very small, nearly invisible. Select - Select All makes them easier to find.
Check for layers accidentally switched off (eye symbol in the Layer List).
Or the drawing has not been saved properly or to different place.
