I now think that there is a bug with the parallel function

Knowing that LibreCAD was originally derived from QCAD, I went to QCAD and tried the parallel function. It worked exactly as it was supposed to.

I then downloaded LibreCAD 2.13. Again the parallel function did not work on this version either.
