Not Continuous Build (latest), this has only 4 assets and only for Linux.
A more specific link is https://github.com/LibreCAD/LibreCAD/releases/tag/2.2.0-rc3
It has 8 assets, one of them is the Windows installer (LibreCAD-Installer-2.2.0-rc3.exe)
