Obviously the two "90" indexes are not aligned as the two "0" indexes.
(external circle diam. = 333mm, internal circle diam. is 245mm)

Is there a way to correct this ? = I guess that the selection of the "rotation center" is not exacltly 0 -- by mouse pointing-- ,is there a possibility to enter the coordinates of this point in a text field ( command ) ?
