I suppose you mean the list in 'Recent files'. Looks like it is not possible within LibreCAD.
You could delete the according entrance in the Windows registry (LibreCAD/LibreCAD/RecentFiles) if you know how to do that. I don't know if it has bad effects, I haven't tested it.
