CRiSTiK24 is the student, who has implemented CI in his GSoC project last year.
Sadly his efforts were not merged into the main repo yet, as there may be still some minor issues.
So the latest Windows installer is this: https://github.com/CRiSTiK24/AddCI-CDLibreCAD_3/releases/tag/v.0.0.11
And latest AppImage is here: https://github.com/CRiSTiK24/AddCI-CDLibreCAD_3/releases/tag/v0.0.10

This is all we can provide yet.
