Is it possible to snap to a spline curve?

The image below displays two entities: a circle and a spline. When choosing the snapping mode as 'Snap on Entity,' it readily snaps to the circle, but it does not snap to the spline curve. Is there a method for snapping to the spline curve except using 'Snap on Endpoints'?
